Who we are

Brain OS is a workforce operations platform based in New York, NY. It is used by construction companies and their employees for scheduling, timekeeping, jobsite operations, and workforce communications.

Personal information we collect

• Account and contact information — name, phone number, email address, employer, and role.
• Workforce records — clock-in/clock-out events, shift and schedule data, end-of-day confirmations, and incident or injury reports submitted through the app.
• Identity verification images — face photos used to verify identity at clock events, collected only after written consent captured in the app.
• Location information — GPS location collected through the app only during clocked-in work hours and only after written consent captured in the app. Location is not collected off the clock.
• Usage and device data — app activity logs and technical data used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use personal information

We use personal information to operate the platform: timekeeping and payroll records, identity verification at clock events, jobsite presence and safety features, work-related notifications (including SMS where the recipient has consented), incident reporting, customer support, and the security and integrity of the service.

Who personal information is shared with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (such as cloud hosting, SMS delivery, and identity-verification processing), with the employer organization whose workforce app the individual uses, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used only to deliver the work-related messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions and are never shared for marketing purposes.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of text messages at any time.
• Consents captured in the app (including location and SMS) can be revoked; contact your employer’s administrator or us directly.
• To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, and we protect personal information with industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. Location records are subject to scheduled deletion policies.
